Our free consultation process in helping you decide on your theme and portfolio is a great way of deciding if we meet your needs without any upfront financial commitment.
Every wedding we organise is unique, based on the couple’s individual requirements. No two weddings are ever the same.
Our consultation service commences with us guiding you through the options and likely budgets, helping you decide on the theme of your wedding by selecting from one of our carefully researched portfolios.
Once a portfolio has been decided upon and you have secured our services, one of our wedding planners will expertly guide you through the choices and costs helping you finalize all those special details that make you wedding day truly perfect!.
Costs
There can be no dispute that South Africa offers greater value for money than the UK and mainland Europe. For the price of a standard European wedding you can enjoy a far superior day in the glorious Cape. The weather is always better and the quality of the venues together with the food and the wines are simply incomparable.
The perfect wedding or party starts with an amazing venue. Be it a wine farm, villa, boutique hotel or something created just for you, the venue is rightly the cornerstone of the day.
We devote a large amount of time to sourcing truly great venues that match the requirements of our clients. We firmly believe that the right venue for everybody is out there and we just need to put the hours in to find it.
Our unrivalled local knowledge and contacts for all our portfolios proves to be invaluable with this and we only deal with the top venues, suppliers and caterers.
In addition, we do all the hard work for you rather than doing it yourself. As every wedding we organise is unique, every cost is different and we do not do off-the-shelf packages.
We prefer couples to have an indication of their budget in mind when they start discussions, as we are quickly able to ascertain whether the wedding they require is feasible for the money available.
Only then you have decided upon a portfolio and a budget to we seek commitment from you, allowing you the opportunity to experience our service.
