For a normal braai this would consist of two pieces of chicken, two lamb chops, a portion of spare ribs and half a metre of boerewors

Surely they mean per person!

Chop sosaties

Ingredients:

3 loin chops per sosatie
Sosatie skewers
Lemon juice
Worcester Sauce

Method:
Trim the bone away from the chop leaving the meat and the lovely strip of fat. Skewer three boneless chops on a sosatie skewer, or if you are really fancy, onto a rosemary stick. Marinade in lemon juice and Worcester sauce for an hour. Braai on hot coals for 4 to 6 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the juice
