Ingredients:
Drumsticks
Double thick full cream Greek style jogurt
Crushed Garlic
Tumeric
Lemon Juice
Method:
Cut drumsticks from top to bottom to open bone.(Vlek oop)
Mix the jogurt, garlic, tumeric and lemon juice in bowl.
Marinate drumsticks in the sauce for at least an hour.
Braai them then and your guests will be back for more!!!

Maak soveeel hoendervlerkies as wat nodig is skoon en vryf droog.
Knip die vlerkpuntjies af. Vryf in met 'n dro
