A business plan is the start of your process to setting up and running a successful business.
Enthusiasm and hard work, whilst essential, are unfortunately not enough to guarantee success. It all starts with an idea and the business plan is the process of taking this idea and committing it to paper, examining in detail the feasibility of it and what is required to make it work.

- The target market
- A marketing plan
- Capital required and the methods of raising this capital
- Legal structure of the business
- Personnel and staff that will be needed and the recruitment needs
- Future Cash Flow Projection
- Projected Profit and loss for the year.
- Capital expenditure budget
- Income tax considerations
- Competitor analysis
Hopefully upon completion your idea is confirmed as a feasible reality but in some cases it unfortunately won’t. However it is better to realise this before committing time, money and effort.
