If Only Everyone Could Have That Mentality!
I always hear negative stories in the press about SA regarding crime and that's all what most foreigners know of SA giving the country a bad name.
Firstly the majority of crime is in the very poor areas/downtown JHB/Durban etc, secondly people judge SA without ever visiting here, thirdly - they never hear about the friendly people, quality of life and general happiness of South Africans as opposed to a lot of European's and mainly English who just moan about life and feel hard done by!
When you see people in townships or walking down the road 9 times out of 10 I see them smiling and laughing and they basically have nothing - yet are still happy! If only everyone could have that mentality!
